Coco Crisp (groin) is not in Saturday's lineup against the Tigers. Yoenis Cespedes (hand) and Jed Lowrie are also not in the lineup. Oakland could be forced to call up Michael Taylor or Shane Peterson if Crisp requires an extended absence. Cespedes is considered day-to-day after leaving Friday's game.
