Coco Crisp (flu) is out of the lineup for the second straight day Thursday. Crisp is just getting over a flu bug, so it shouldn't be much longer before he's back to full health. Jonny Gomes will make the start in left field Thursday against Angels' left-hander C.J. Wilson.
