Coco Crisp (ear) will take a full round of batting practice Sunday before the Athletics decide whether or not to activate him from the disabled list Monday. Manager Bob Melvin said he would leave it up to Crisp whether he wants to play in a rehab game first. Crisp has been on the DL since early May with an inner-ear infection that caused dizziness.
