Coco Crisp (ear) is not in the Athletics' lineup Sunday for the fifth straight day. It turns out that Crisp is actually dealing with an inner ear issue, not the flu as originally reported. But, the good news is that manager Bob Melvin said the outfielder is close to getting over it. Perhaps he could be back in action Monday against the White Sox.
