Coco Crisp (calf) is out of the Athletics' lineup for the fourth straight game Thursday. Crisp hasn't played since Saturday due to lingering soreness in his right calf. The A's hope he'll be able to play at some point this weekend against the Rangers. Ryan Sweeney will continue to fill in for him in center field.
