Cleveland Indians outfielder Michael Brantley is not in the lineup Sunday against the Minnesota Twins because of a shoulder injury, according to MLB.com. Brantley had an MRI on Friday that did not show any structural damage, and he received a cortisone shot to help alleviate the discomfort. "He's getting treatment," Indians manager Terry Francona said Saturday. "I doubt very much he'll play Sunday. I think the best thing he could do would be swing the bat Sunday because I don't want him to go cold turkey into a game." Mike Aviles, Abraham Almonte and Jerry Sands will start in the outfield Sunday, while it remains unclear when Brantley will be able to return. Brantley is hitting .312 with eight home runs, 63 RBI and 12 stolen bases in 103 games this season after a breakout last year when he hit .327 with 20 home runs, 97 RBI and 23 stolen bases in 156 games.
