Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Sean Reid-Foley will make the start on Monday against the Orioles in place of starter Clayton Richard, who is dealing with a knee issue and won't throw for at least two weeks, according to manager Charlie Montoyo. Reid-Foley was 2-4 with a 5.13 ERA in 33 1/3 innings over seven starts for Toronto last year. The matchup is nice, but he's still a risky streaming option.
