Wilson was claimed off waivers by the Mariners on Monday, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

Wilson spent the start of the season at Triple-A Worcester, but he was cast off Boston's 40-man roster at the end of July. The 24-year-old hit .244 with 10 homers, 34 runs, 30 RBI and 10 stolen bases to begin the year, and he'll now report to Triple-A Tacoma.
