Dugger was claimed off waivers by the Mariners on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
The Marlins apparently designated Dugger for assignment after he logged a 12.66 ERA and 2.25 WHIP in 10.2 innings (one start) this past season. He came up as a starter, so while he didn't have much success in that role above Double-A, the Mariners could give him a chance to get stretched out this spring.
