C.J. Wilson was absolutely obliterated in Friday's loss to the Royals in Grapefruit League action, surrendering eight runs (six earned) on eight hits and a walk over 2 2/3 innings of work. Five of the seven outs that Wilson recorded came via the strikeout, so he has that going for him at least. Eric Hosmer and Jeff Francoeur each knocked one over the boards on the afternoon against him. He's had a very disappointing spring to this point, posting a 7.11 ERA and 1.97 WHIP over 12 2/3 innings, despite his 11/2 K/BB ratio.
