C.J. Wilson spun six innings of one-run ball in a 13-1 win over the Yankees on Friday.
His mastery of the Yankees continues. The southpaw held the Bombers to just four hits (three of them singles) and three walks while whiffing five batters. Wilson was hit hard in his season debut, but he has been pretty solid since and continues to rack up the strikeouts. He has 33 of them in 31 2/3 innings so far this season. He'll face the Indians next week at home.
