C.J. Wilson looked ready for the regular season Friday, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk in 6 1/3 innings of Los Angeles' 9-2 win over Arizona. Wilson fanned seven in what was likely his final Cactus League start. He'll finish the spring with a 1.33 ERA and 16/3 K/BB ratio compiled over 20 1/3 innings. The Halos and Rangers are going to brawl for the American League West title this summer.
