C.J. Wilson is scheduled to start the Angels' first game back after the All-Star break, Friday in New York. Wilson pulled out of the All-Star Game because of a bliser on his pitching hand, but it was only a minor thing. "If he had pitched Tuesday ... we didn't want him to have a setback," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said Thursday.
