C.J. Wilson is on track to be fully recovered from elbow surgery by the opening of spring training. Wilson had bone chips removed from his left elbow shortly after the end of the 2012 regular season. He has enjoyed a fairly normal winter to this point and should again carry decent value as a fantasy starter in 2013.
