Cishek (hip) is playing catch on a regular basis and is "continues to progress' according to manager Scott Servais, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cishek has been playing catch every other day since last week in his recovery from microfracture hip surgery and has been setback-free by all accounts thus far. The former closer, whose most realistic return date increasingly appears to be sometime after late April, will likely start the season as a setup option with Edwin Diaz now in possession of the ninth-inning role.
