Christian Garcia (forearm) tossed two scoreless innings Wednesday in a rehab appearance at Double-A Harrisburg. It was Garcia's third rehab appearance and he looked sharp, fanning four batters while allowing only one hit. The right-hander has been out since early in spring training with a partial tendon tear in his right forearm. He could join the Nats' bullpen in a week or so.
