Chris Volstad tossed two scoreless innings Monday afternoon against the Rangers. Volstad gave up two hits and no walks and didn't notch any strikeouts. He benefitted from a pair of double plays turned behind him. After posting a 6.31 ERA over 21 starts with the Cubs last season, he'll need a big spring in order to secure a rotation spot.
