It was pretty bad. That's pretty much the only way to describe Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Chris Tillman's Thursday evening. The righty allowed seven runs, all earned, in one-plus inning. His ERA is an ugly 9.24 and he's toxic to even consider starting in your lineup. It's like 2017 all over again.
