Chris Tillman left Sunday's start against the Yankees after three innings with right elbow stiffness. That's no good. Tillman was seen getting checked out by the trainer in the dugout before heading into the clubhouse. He allowed two runs on two hits and two walks before exiting. Randy Wolf replaced Tillman on the mound.
