Chris Tillman (elbow) played catch Thursday and is scheduled to long-toss Friday. Evidently Tillman got the go-ahead to resume throwing when he visited the doctor Thursday. The right-hander is dealing with inflammation in his right elbow but hopes to rejoin the Orioles' rotation sometime this month.
