Chris Owings (shoulder) has yet to resume hitting. Owings' bruised left shoulder is still not feeling 100 percent, and he won't be cleared to swing a bat until it gets there. Obviously it's looking like he won't be ready to return from the disabled list later this week when he's first eligible.
