Chris Owings (shoulder) could be a couple weeks away from a return. Owings is eligible to be activated now, but his bruised left shoulder is healing more slowly than expected. The shortstop has yet to swing a bat since going on the disabled list and it's uncertain when he'll be cleared to do so. He's hitting .277/.313/.458 with six homers, 21 RBI and seven steals across 72 games for the D'Backs this season.
