Chris Nelson was removed from Wednesday's game against the Rays in the seventh inning with an apparent injury. It appeared that Nelson may have tweaked something while running to first base. Andrew Romine replaced him in the lineup and could be in line for additional at-bats in the coming days if Nelson remains sidelined.
