Chris Narveson (thumb) may not be ready to return to the Brewers rotation when first eligible on Monday. "It's still up in the air," manager Ron Roenicke said. "I think he's going to play catch again (Thursday), try to throw a bullpen Saturday. And that's got to go really well Saturday. If it doesn't go really well, then we won't try to pitch him Monday." The Brewers have a double-header with the Pirates on Monday, making it an optimal return date for their 29-year-old lefty, but for the time being it doesn't sound like he'll be able to give it a go. Don't count on having him in your weekly league next week.
