Chris Narveson (shoulder) has been told that he'll likely need surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff in his throwing shoulder, but he'll seek a second opinion to be sure. If Narveson were forced to undergo the surgery, he would likely miss the remainder of the season. Marco Estrada will start in his place on Saturday, though Wily Peralta may also be given consideration to take his rotation spot in the long run.
