Chris Dickerson is day-to-day after leaving Wednesday night's game with a slight right Achilles strain. Dickerson was attempting to chase down a fly ball when the strain happened. The 30-year-old outfielder is attempting to make the Orioles as a bench player, and this could obviously hurt his chances.
