Chris Davis (oblique) could field some ground balls Sunday and take some swings within the next few days. Davis had a light workout Saturday and said it's the first day since landing on the DL that he hasn't felt any pain in his oblique. The first baseman is eligible to return on May 11, and while it's too early to say whether he might be ready at that time, his progress is encouraging.
