Chris Cotillo of MLB Daily Dish reports that the Reds are considering calling up Chien-Ming Wang to start in a doubleheader against the Cubs on July 8. As a result, Wang has pushed back the opt-out date in his minor league contract until the All-Star break. The 34-year-old has a 3.48 ERA across 16 starts this season in Triple-A.
