Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Chris Archer (hip) is heading back to the injured list. Archer had left his start on Saturday with a recurrence of left hip soreness, the same issue that pushed back his return from a separate injured list stay for forearm tightness. Reliever Nick Anderson was reinstated from the IL in a corresponding move. Archer has pitched in six games this season, posting a 4.66 ERA and 1.34 WHIP with 21 strikeouts in 19 1/3 innings.
