Pittsburgh Pirates starter Chris Archer (1-0) pitched six innings, giving up three runs on five hits and two walks in Sunday's 7-5 victory over the Reds. He struck out seven in the win. After a disappointing spring, Archer has looked like his usual self through his first two starts. His next start will come on Saturday in Washington against the Nationals.
