Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Chris Archer (forearm) is slated to return to the mound this Sunday in the series finale against the Chicago White Sox. The 32-year-old right-hander has been sidelined since April with a forearm strain, only pitching 4 1/3 innings this season to a 6.23 ERA. While Archer's presence could give Tampa Bay's rotation some relief down the stretch, he hasn't played enough or pitched well enough to warrant much fantasy value.
