Chien-Ming Wang struggled in Thursday's outing against the Giants, allowing three runs (two earned) in three innings. Wang's big league career is on life support after posting an aggregate 5.55 ERA in 121 2/3 innings since the start of 2011. He'll start the year in Triple-A and provide the Reds rotation insurance. Wang's ability to miss bats has been greatly diminished and isn't likely to be recovered.
