Chen will start Game 3 of the ALCS on Tuesday, CSN Mid-Atlantic's Rich Dubroff reports. Game 3 was postponed Monday and will instead be played on Tuesday, however the O's will still start Chen. Chris Tillman may now be called upon to pitch Game 4 as he would be able to do so on regular rest.
