Chen ended with a no-decision Tuesday, surrendering two earned runs on seven hits in 4.2 innings against the Rays. He also walked three and didn't strike anyone out. The Orioles eventually came away with the win, despite the fact that this was Chen's shortest outings since June 28 when he was bounced in the fourth inning by the same Rays squad.
