Expect him to be on a limited pitch count considering he hasn't appeared in a game since July 20 against Philadelphia. Chen has a solid 89:23 K:BB in 110 innings this year, but it hasn't translated into results, as he has a 4.99 ERA and 1.30 WHIP.
