Bader (ankle) will start in center field and bat ninth in Monday's game against the Twins, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bader had been on the bench for each of the Mets' last five games after he rolled his ankle while attempting to steal a base in last Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Yankees. A few days out of the lineup appears to have provided sufficient healing time for Bader, who will be part of a new-look Mets outfield Monday that includes recent trade acquisition Jesse Winker in right.
