Chasey Utley's two-year extension with the Phillies is worth $27 guaranteed, reports CBS Sports' Jon Heyman. Utley's name was bandied about in trade discussions late last month, but Phillies GM Ruben Amaro Jr. elected to hang onto the veteran second baseman and lock him up for two more years. The 34-year-old Utley is batting .275/.336/.505 through 342 plate appearances this season.
