Los Angeles Dodgers second baseman Chase Utley will play on Monday after being given two days off for "family reasons." The veteran was signed to a two-year deal by the Dodgers, mostly to mentor their younger players and provide depth at second. He's a hard-nosed player who is as competitive as they come, but he provided a horrible OPS-plus of 92 off the bench last season and is largely irrelevant in most formats.
