Chase Utley will bat second Wednesday for the first time this season. Utley has made all of his starts out of the No. 3 spot this season, but Phillies manager Charlie Manuel doesn't want him and Ryan Howard back-to-back since they are both left-handed hitters. Michael Young will bat third Wednesday.
