Chase Utley (knee) went 3-for-4 with a homer and a double as the DH on Monday in his first extended spring training game. Nice to hear, but how Utley responds to playing in the field will be the big test. And he's not ready for that yet. The Phillies haven't ruled out the possibility that Utley play first base upon his return, though they will ultimately leave that decision up to him. Of course, whether that actually happens will depend on Ryan Howard's recovery from Achilles' tendon surgery.
