Veteran Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Chase Utley (thumb) has been activated from the disabled list after missing most of the last month with a sprained left thumb. He's not starting against the Mets on Friday, though, so there still isn't much upside for prospective fantasy owners. Utley, now 39, was slashing just .216/.302/.324 with a single home run and 24 RBI in 126 plate appearances before going down with the injury. He's not an everyday player and isn't likely to become one again.
