Chase Headley went 1-for-3 with a solo home run as the Padres defeated the Reds on Tuesday. Headley's ninth-inning solo shot off of Aroldis Chapman, his fourth homer of the season, broke a 1-1 tie and proved to be the game-winner. Headley has looked good in three games since returning from the disabled list, socking two homers and knocking in four runs. The third baseman has shown diminished power since a breakout 2012, but the fourth-place Padres are certainly counting on Headley finding himself again before he bolts to free agency after the season.
