Chase Headley said Tuesday that he expects to have to deal with the herniated disc in his back for the rest of the season. Headley doesn't expect to know for 6-8 weeks whether the injury will heal on its own. He was given an epidural over the weekend and is back in the lineup Tuesday, but it sounds like he'll be playing compromised. It doesn't bode well for him improving dramatically on his .200/.283/.333 batting line this season.
