Chase Headley (calf) is expected to return Friday. Headley was struck in the calf by a pitch in the first inning of Wednesday's game against the Padres but only suffered a minor bruise. Thursday's team off day should provide ample recovery time. Headley is batting .197/.287/.333 with five home runs and 19 RBI this season.
