Chase Headley (back) reported no setbacks in his Cactus League debut Sunday. "There was no issue," Headley said. "It was as good as I thought it would be. I wasn't concerned but it's always nice to go out there and test it and not have anything there." Manager Bud Black believes Headley's back issue was a one-time occurrence and said the Padres were ''just being cautious'' in the early part of their spring training schedule.
