The Texas Rangers have reached an agreement on a minor league deal with starting pitcher Chase Anderson. He was recently released by the Philadelphia Phillies, but has already found a new home. It's uncertain whether or not Anderson will get a chance with the MLB roster down the stretch. The 33-year-old is posting a 6.75 ERA over nine starts and five relief appearances this season. There's obviously not fantasy value here, but possibly Anderson can be quality depth for Texas.
