Chad Qualls took the loss Saturday against the Phillies by giving up five runs on four hits (including three homers) while retiring just one batter. And it doesn't get much worse than that. Amazingly, Qualls entered Saturday's action having allowed just one home run over his first 48 1/3 innings this season. His ERA jumped from 2.61 to 3.51 in the loss. Let's just say this outing didn't do anything to help his trade value.
