Chacin allowed one run on six hits and a walk with three strikeouts over five innings in a no-decision Monday against Texas.
EDGE Analysis
Chacin has pitched well in consecutive no-decisions against division rivals, as he allowed just one run over six innings his last time out against the Rangers. He has eight strikeouts against just one walk over those two starts. Chacin threw just 91 pitches as he hasn't been stretched out for the rotation for much of the season; unfortunately, that combined with the Angels' poor lineup will limit his chances for wins in his final starts of the season.
