Cesar Ramos delivered five scoreless innings in the Rays' 4-0 win over the White Sox on Saturday. Ramos didn't tally a single strikeout and gave up five hits along with two walks, but he worked around the danger by inducing eight groundball outs in his five frames to earn his first win of the season. The 29-year-old lefty will take on the Red Sox at Fenway Park next.
