CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reports that the Rangers have signed right-hander Scott Baker, pending a physical. It is expected to be a minor league deal. Baker was awful with the Mariners this spring, but the Rangers are in need of rotation depth. Still, we aren't optimistic about his chances for success in Texas' hitter-friendly ballpark.
